We’ve created a brand new space in the basement of our 1923 home. We've added windows for ample natural light and thoughtfully designed every detail for convenience and functionality. Beautiful Alberta Park is just across the street and you’ll be within four blocks of Alberta Street and all the restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife it has to offer. 

 

The fully stocked kitchen has a gas range and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen Casper mattress and bedside USB charging outlets. The living room provides a cozy spot to work on your laptop or watch a show on your Netflix account. The couch pulls out to a full-size bed for additional guests.

We are personally aware of how hard it is to find a desirable pet friendly rental and are proud to be dog friendly (max 2 dogs). Please share with us that you'll be bringing your dog(s) at the time of inquiry and we will assess a $20/night fee (max $50 per week) to help keep the space clean and fresh for all of our guests.

Guest access

Guests have access to the rental space with front patio, and one parking space. The front door has keyless entry and we’ll send you a code prior to your arrival.

 

Interaction with guests

 

We’re here for you during your stay; however, the level of interaction is up to you. We’re only a phone call or message away. Because of the keyless entry you can check in any time after 4pm without coordinating arrival with us.
